operations + marketing manager

for online business owners who are brilliant at what they do but need to stop holding everything else together.

i spent 15 years as the marketing project manager holding multi-million-pound campaigns together for brands like Pampers and Tesco.

that’s the person now in your corner.

you've built this business yourself, but now it can't grow past what you can personally hold.

too much lives in your head, and nothing moves while you're not looking.

you've tried hiring, but hands need managing, and that's one more thing landing back on you.

you need another brain in your corner, not just a pair of hands.

services

marketing and operations aren’t separate problems. i hold both together, because that’s where things actually join up or fall apart. here’s what that looks like across your business:

marketing

the part that turns plans into sales.

you’re not short of ideas. you’re short of someone to own them end to end. i take your marketing from the strategy through to the finished thing, properly joined up, so it stops living on a list and actually ships. you hand it over, it gets done, and it does what it’s meant to do.

email marketing and automation, launch and campaign support, sales and landing pages, Facebook ads, copy editing and content repurposing.

operations

the work you stop having to think about.

your operations slow you down because the business grew faster than the systems holding it up. i build the backbone underneath, so things stop slipping and it keeps running whether you’re watching it or not.

inbox and calendar management, processes and SOPs, team and contractor coordination, onboarding, payments and backend systems.

ai + tech

the leverage most people are still missing.

the tools only pay off when they’re built around how you already operate. i connect up your systems and the tech that runs underneath, so everything talks to each other instead of waiting on you. and where ai genuinely helps, i build it in, so it does real work rather than sitting on your list as one more thing to figure out.

integrations and automations, systems and tech setup, ai built around your business.

what clients say

you are without doubt a problem solver. you think outside the box and never let a problem stop you. i’ve never seen you flap under pressure — if anything you come alive when there’s an obstacle and make it your mission to solve it.

about

i'm Anna, an ops and marketing manager with 15 years' experience inside global ad agencies.

as a marketing project manager, i held brands like Pampers, Coca-Cola and Gillette to their exact standards. i ran national campaigns with many, many moving parts, accountable for every deliverable that left the agency, for an audience that was the entire country.

i took a swerve to freelance in 2023, and now i bring that same discipline to online business owners.

behind the work

Anna with her four children on the beach
Anna and her boys in the campervan

Northern Ireland born, now just outside London. single mum of four, twins included.

i left the agency world when the twins arrived, to build something that let me actually be there for their childhood. my kids are the whole reason this business exists the way it does.

outside of work, you'll find us squeezing into my campervan. a project i took on during the hardest point of my life, because apparently big complicated projects are what soothe my soul. the same reason i'm good at what i do, honestly.

my clients and my work matter to me. properly. but not in a way that costs me everything else. that's how i work, and it's the kind of client i love working with too.

work with me

retainer

ongoing monthly support for when you need someone embedded in your business properly, so things keep moving without you in the middle of it. spots are limited.

projects

a defined piece of work with a clear outcome and an end date. ideal when something specific needs building, fixing, or launching.
